RDK Motion is designed with privacy in mind.
No account is required to use RDK Motion.
RDK Motion does not operate a user database containing your workouts, exercise history, fitness preferences or progress.
Your workout and progress data is stored locally on your device. The developer of RDK Motion does not receive, store or have access to this workout data.
Your Workout Data Stays on Your Device
RDK Motion uses locally stored information about your workouts and preferences to provide features such as adaptive exercise targets, workout history and progress tracking.
This may include:
- Completed workouts
- Exercise repetitions and durations
- Workout preferences
- Exercise difficulty feedback
- Favorite exercises
- Disabled exercises
- Individual exercise targets
This information remains on your device and is used by RDK Motion to personalize your workout experience.
RDK Motion does not upload this workout information to RDK Motion servers, and the developer cannot view your workout history, exercise preferences or progress.
If you delete the app, locally stored data may also be deleted, depending on your device and backup settings.
Advertising
RDK Motion is free to use and is supported by simple banner advertising.
RDK Motion may use Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may collect or process certain information from your device in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Depending on your device, privacy settings and applicable consent choices, this may include information such as device information, advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from network information, and advertising interaction data.
This advertising data is separate from the workout and progress data stored locally by RDK Motion.

No Account Required
You do not need to create an account, provide your name or provide an email address to use RDK Motion.
No Subscription Required
RDK Motion does not require a subscription to use its workout features.
There are no hidden subscription fees.
Third-Party Services
Third-party services used by RDK Motion, such as advertising providers, may process certain information according to their own privacy policies.
RDK Motion does not control the data processing practices of third-party services where those services collect or process information independently.
Children's Privacy
RDK Motion does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through an RDK Motion account or user database.
Third-party services used by the app may have their own policies regarding children's privacy and advertising.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if RDK Motion changes, new features are introduced, or third-party services are changed.
