When reporting a problem

Including a few details helps make troubleshooting much faster:

• Your iPhone or iPad model
• Your iOS or iPadOS version
• The Mind Station app version and build number
• Which game or screen the issue happened in
• What you expected to happen and what happened instead
• A screenshot or screen recording, if useful

Please do not send passwords, payment card details or other sensitive credentials.

Game Center and Daily Challenge

Mind Station uses Apple Game Center for supported leaderboard features. Make sure you are signed in to Game Center in your Apple device settings if leaderboard information is not appearing.

Daily Challenge progress and results can depend on the current daily puzzle and your Game Center connection.

Hints and rewarded ads

Some hints can be earned by watching a rewarded advertisement. An ad must complete successfully before the reward can be granted. Availability can vary depending on network connection, region and whether an advertisement is available at that time.

Purchases and premium

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Make sure you are using the same Apple Account that made the purchase if premium access is not appearing as expected.

If a purchase is still not reflected correctly, contact support and include the product name and approximate purchase date. Do not send payment card information.

Progress and iCloud

Mind Station may store supported progress and preferences locally and may use Apple's iCloud services to synchronize supported data between your Apple devices. Make sure iCloud is enabled and that the devices use the same Apple Account when testing synchronization.
