Privacy Policy

Overview

Mind Station is a logic puzzle app developed by an independent developer. The app does not require you to create a separate Mind Station account.

Most gameplay information, settings and progress are stored on your device. Some features use Apple services such as Game Center, iCloud and StoreKit, and advertising is provided through Google AdMob.

Data stored on your device

Mind Station may store gameplay information locally, such as completed puzzles, progress, settings, preferences, hint-related state and other information needed for the app to function.

This local app data is not a separate user profile operated by the developer. Removing the app may remove locally stored data, subject to Apple's normal device backup and restore behavior.

iCloud

Mind Station may use Apple's iCloud services to store or synchronize supported progress or app preferences across your Apple devices.

iCloud is operated by Apple and is governed by your Apple Account settings and Apple's privacy practices. The developer does not receive your Apple Account password or payment credentials.

Game Center

Mind Station can use Apple Game Center for features such as authentication and leaderboards. If you use these features, Apple may provide the app with Game Center information needed to display or submit leaderboard results, such as a player identifier, display information and scores or completion times.

Game Center information is handled through Apple's services and may be visible to other Game Center users according to your Game Center and Apple Account settings.

Advertising

Mind Station uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including rewarded ads. Depending on your device, consent choices, region and advertising settings, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, ad interaction data, diagnostics and approximate location inferred from network information.

Advertising data is processed by Google and its partners under their own policies. Where required, the app may ask for consent or present privacy choices before certain advertising processing occurs.

Purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Mind Station may receive information required to determine which product was purchased and whether an entitlement or subscription is active.

The developer does not receive your payment card number or other payment credentials. Payment information is handled by Apple.

Information you send to support

If you contact support by email, the developer will receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots and technical details you include. This information is used only to respond to your request, troubleshoot problems and improve the app.

Third-party services

Mind Station may rely on the following third-party services:

• Apple Game Center
• Apple iCloud
• Apple StoreKit and the App Store
• Google AdMob

Data retention

Data stored locally remains on your device until it is deleted by the app, removed by you, or removed as part of deleting the app. Data handled by Apple, Google or other third-party services is retained according to those providers' own policies and your account or privacy settings.

Support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, maintain support history and resolve related issues.

Children

Mind Station does not require a separate account and is not designed to ask users to directly submit personal information through gameplay. Third-party services such as Apple and Google may apply their own age-related protections, account rules and advertising requirements.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if Mind Station changes its features, services or data practices. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.
